Shipping

How long does shipping take?

It can be anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on the shipping method you choose. You will receive an estimated arrival date when selecting your shipping at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

From time to time, we may offer free shipping discount codes and other promotions if you sign up to receive our marketing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. You will find shipping time frames and rates at checkout.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a follow-up email with your tracking information once your order is completed.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return policy?

We are all sales final in-store and online.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Contact us directly at Xandraswimwear@gmail.com for questions about exchanging unwashed and unworn merchandise with tags and liner still intact.

Are sale items eligible for returns?

No, all items are final sale.

Care Instructions

How should I wash my swimwear?

Hand wash in cold water with like colors. Then lay flat to dry and avoid direct sunlight while drying.

Can I put my swimsuit in the dryer?

To keep your pieces in the best condition, do not put your swimsuit in the dryer. Dryers will damage the elastic in all swimwear.

How can I make my swimsuit last longer?

Directly after use, rinse any chlorine, salt water, or fragrance out with fresh water and mild soap. Never put your swimsuit in the dryer.

What makes Xandra Swimwear unique?

All of our merchandise is cut to order, so it is very original to our store. 90% of our brands are women-owned, and all are ethically made with the highest quality in mind. We have something for every size and style preference. We offer extra small triangle tops to 40E bra sizing, and we specialize in getting you the perfect fit.

What types of swimwear brands do you offer?

We carry approximately 50 different brands from all over the world. All of our brands are high-end, and some are couture. We offer only the best fits and the highest quality fabrics and materials. Many of our pieces are handmade, and all of our prints are unique to each brand.

Where are we located?

We have boutiques in Capitola, Los Gatos, and Carmel California.

Product Selection

Do you carry swimwear for different body types & coverage preferences?

Yes, we have from the skimpiest bikinis to full coverage one pieces and even bra sizing in our swimwear. We also offer removable pads, so you are able to customize your preferred fit. We carry sizes from extra small to 40E.

How often do you release new arrivals?

During Spring and Summer, almost daily. During Fall and Winter we receive new shipments weekly.

Can I shop the same brands online and in-store?

Absolutely, but products may vary by store. To verify that the items are in your preferred store, feel free to call ahead and check with the sales stylist before stopping by.

What if I am unsure which style is best for me?

We are more than happy to recommended styles that work best for you!
